Privacy notice
Standard reports run in your browser. Optional AI-assisted reports are different: with your consent, worksheet answers are sent to an AI processing service.

Who operates this website
Biz Growth Toolkit (bizgrowthtoolkit.co.uk) is operated by THINKERZ LTD, a private limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC778478. Registered office: Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP. THINKERZ LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. For privacy queries or requests, contact Thinkerz Ltd through thinkerz.co.uk or write to its registered office.
Standard tools and reports
The standard tools calculate results in your own browser. Worksheet answers, business names and generated standard reports are not deliberately uploaded to the toolkit database or stored as individual assessment records. There is no visitor account or saved assessment history. Your browser may retain a page temporarily during a session; download the report before leaving.
The fact that standard worksheets run locally does not mean the website collects no technical information: hosting and security infrastructure may process connection and diagnostic data.
Optional AI-assisted reports (M-02 and M-04)
M-02 Ideal Customer Canvas and M-04 90-Day Campaign Planner offer optional AI-generated advice. If you select this option and provide explicit consent, the worksheet answers are transmitted from your browser to a protected Base44 backend function and Base44’s AI integration for processing. Do not include personal, sensitive, confidential or third-party data unless authorised to disclose it.
AI-generated recommendations are returned to your browser and combined with your report. The toolkit does not intentionally create a permanent database record of those worksheet answers or AI reports. However, Base44 and associated infrastructure may process or retain submitted material and technical logs under their applicable policies and contractual arrangements. We cannot promise that submitted AI content is never retained or used for service improvement or model training.
We use the submitted answers to fulfil your optional request for an AI-assisted analysis. Consent is required before that submission. You can decline AI processing and still generate a standard report. Once material has been submitted to an external processor, withdrawing consent cannot necessarily reverse processing that has already occurred.
Technical information, security and limits
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser and device data, requested URLs and diagnostic information to deliver the website, prevent misuse and investigate incidents. The AI feature uses a private quota counter for aggregate daily and monthly usage. This counter does not intentionally contain your worksheet responses.
Website delivery, security and abuse prevention are pursued on the basis of legitimate interests, where personal data is involved. AI-answer processing is initiated by your explicit opt-in. Other legal bases may apply where necessary to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
The toolkit does not intentionally install advertising or optional analytics tracking. We have disabled Base44’s optional page-view tracker and SDK analytics. Initial anonymous HTTP responses reviewed on 24 October 2026 did not include Set-Cookie headers on the pages examined. When you opt in to an AI request, the Base44 SDK may create an anonymous technical session identifier in your browser’s local storage to handle that request. This is distinct from browser cookies and does not establish that all provider or infrastructure storage is absent. If we introduce other tracking or analytics, we will provide information and applicable consent or objection controls under UK law.
Sharing, international processing and retention
Technical information may be handled by our website hosting, development and security providers. Optional AI answers are processed by Base44 and its relevant AI service providers or subprocessors. Base44 publishes a Data Processing Addendum setting out its processor responsibilities, subprocessor arrangements and cross-border transfer safeguards; processing may occur outside the UK. The precise AI model service selected for an individual request is not independently verified by this website.
We do not intentionally retain standard worksheet answers or downloadable reports in our own app database. AI request quotas are held as operational counts; backend, security and provider logs may be kept for periods determined by service and security requirements. Base44 publishes a current subprocessor list, but exact retention periods for individual AI requests and downstream model-provider handling have not been independently confirmed.
We do not sell worksheet answers or use them to send direct marketing.
Your data-protection rights
Where UK data-protection law applies, you may have rights to access, rectify or erase personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. Rights are not absolute. Contact Thinkerz Ltd through thinkerz.co.uk with requests. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
External information and updates
Base44’s published privacy policy, Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor listing provide further information about its processing arrangements. See the provider links below, together with our Terms of Use and Disclaimer. We will update this notice when the application, vendors or information-handling arrangements materially change.
